• All our drivers driving license details are imputed into our computer system at the start of their employment so that we are able to keep track and ensure that drivers have a current valid license for the type of vehicle they are likely to drive.
• We fully comply with all the necessary insurance requirements for the public liability, group vehicle cover and employers insurance.
• Fargo Coachlines provides a 24 hour helpline to be used in any emergencies.
• Most of our vehicles are under 10 years old, comply with the latest European safety standards and are fitted with speed limiters and anti lock breaking systems.
• All of our coaches are presented in a clean and safe condition and are fitted with seat belts.
• Our vehicles are all subject to a maintenance programme to maximize safety and reliability.
• All of our drivers are fully fitted with a company uniform.
• In the unlikely event of a complaint, Fargo Coachlines operates a formal complaints procedure to deal with any dissatisfaction quickly and efficiently.
• Fargo Coachlines are members of CPT (Confederation of Passenger Transport) and CTC (Coach Tourism Council).
